Our capabilities: Fire & Rescue
Fire & Rescue
In rapidly dynamic and unpredictable environments, fire and rescue crews need to have the right communications tools for their own safety and that of the communities they serve.
In order to effectively utilize mobile applications for computer-aided dispatching (CAD), mapping, situational awareness, incident and patient care reporting, and hazardous materials information, a reliable and fast cellular connection is critical. Wildland Fire
Coverage gaps, loss of cellular infrastructure , and wide ranging geographic crew movements are common in wildland fire response. The Allerio Mobile Hub assists by providing:
- A portable, lightweight form factor that firefighters can hook to a wildland fire pack or safety equipment and have access to cellular and WiFi where available.
- Multiple networks for redundancy where there are coverage gaps or when a carrier’s infrastructure is damaged or destroyed.
Search and Rescue
Coverage gaps and wide ranging geographic crew movements are common in search and rescue. The Allerio Mobile Hub can assist by providing:
- A portable, lightweight form factor that responders can hook to a backpack or safety equipment and have access to cellular and WiFi where available.
- Multiple networks for redundancy where there are coverage gaps.
Hazardous Materials
In a hazardous materials (hazmat) hot zone, capturing data, images, and live streaming from the scene can minimize first responder risk. The Allerio Mobile Hub can assist by providing:
- Multiple LTE networks for reliable connectivity to send and receive critical hazmat identification and mitigation information.
- Portable connectivity outside of the vehicle, without in-vehicle router range restrictions.
